Where the Streets Have No Name

Filed under: — Kate @ 10:05 am EST

I finally got around to doing the pages for Day Two of our road trip. Hopefully I can get through the rest of it a little more quickly. Anyway, the second day’s journey took us to Zion, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and Kodachrome Basin. Hope you like it.

NO MORE U2 REFERENCES!!!!!! by the way, you’re luckly I got that one. ;)

  2. Kamin Says:

A more obvious U2 reference would be “Where The Musicians Have No Talent”.

  3. Kate Says:

Oh quit yer bitchin’. It’s my blog, I’ll do whatever I want. You two probably don’t even recognize most of the references anyway, so why should I worry about it? And besides that, the title in this case is appropriate since we spent part of the trip driving through an area where there literally weren’t road names.

Seriously, I know you two just like to give me a hard time, but CAN it. Knowing that the Joshua Tree album was inspired by the American west makes the songs especially poignant for me, and I won’t let you ruin it. Okay?

That would be insomnia. She’s a real bitch, that one.

  7. Stan Says:

Ahh, I feel your pain. My insomnia is child-induced.

  8. Kamin Says:

Umm… who farted on your cinnamon bun this morning?

    (a little late)

  9. Kate Says:

I’m surprised no one ever named their child Insomnia.
